ABU fights back!

If this had been a title fight, the front page of the world’s news papers would read something like ‘BACK FROM OBLIVION’.

Let’s face the facts. Abu have always made great overhead reels! And if you’re old enough, you might’ve just seen the last of their great threadline reels, the mighty worm driven ‘C’ series! It really has been a hit and miss affair for Abu threadline reels over the last couple of decades or so but throughout the years, as with all of the reel manufacturing companies, they strived continuously for advancements in technology. But that little greasy pig that was the spinning reel market all but slipped through their Bratwurst shaped fingers and left them holding that rusty old door open when the reel awards where handed out!
