Wow, the response to the MF40 and the new LE Japanese baitcast reels has been amazing. Well, there is more good news on the reel front and herabouts you will see the all new Abu 
Garcia Morrum IVCB baitcasters. Morrum is the river that flows through the Abu plant in Sweden, so that’s the heritage part of the reel, IVCB is an abbreviation for infinitely variable control brake. This control eliminates the taking down of a sidepalte to access brake blocks and is more refined than normal magnetic brakes.
For the technically minded here are the stat’s
Weighs 210grams, machined frame and sideplates, Extra super Duralumin spool, IVCB x 4 brakes,Super Duralamin gears, carbon matrix drag, 10 HPCR stainles bearings, Infinite A/R bearing.Capacity approx 200m/2kg mono or 300m 3kg braid.
Australia will only see the right hand wind version in size 1600 in the red or blue definition.
Should be available around July, retail will be in the mid $700′s.
