The new Abu Garcia C4 series has been up graded…and not in the ‘change the colour and give it a new name’ kind of way. The whole Swedish factory has been re-tooled from the ground up.

What does this mean? Smoother gearing, far greater bearing tolerances, amazingly powerful carbon matrix drag system, selectable centrifugal casting blocks, v shaped spool for further casts and a new laser etched body. Overall it is a quieter, smoother more powerful reel than ever that feels comfortable even after a full day of casting. The 6600 now features a quick release thumb bar.
